Summer Operating Hours: 9:30am to 17:00pm

Winter Operating Hours: 10:00am to 16:00pm

We open for all Public and School Holidays and on special request for large group bookings.

History of the Park

We have the largest purpose build log cabin in New Zealand.

The Log Cabin was built in 1994 just 15 kilometers North East of Taupo Township. The Cabin is made from some of the largest Douglas fur (Oregon) you would have seen. Construction time was 9000 man hours. The building was constructed using the traditional Swedish Notch. The original floor space was 700sq meters. The building has been altered and developed over the years to accommodate activity changes. Our latest features are the Laser Tag and newly installed Booking Centre.

Taupo Adventure Park is situated on 3.2 hectares of park like grounds... Fun for the whole family!
